我们的班轮服务覆盖南太平洋地区，是中国出口至巴布亚新几内亚，斐济，所罗门群岛， 澳大利亚，新西兰等国家和地区的重要运输渠道。每年全国各港口出口至该区域约 2 万个标 准集装箱， 进口约 1 万个标准集装箱。其中自上海港口进出口占全国比例约 50% 。

Position: Intern- Customer Success
Customer and Stakeholder Communication
1) Acts as primary point of interaction with customers on queries or any issue related to shipments
2) Acts and communicates proactively and keep customers informed of any issues or changes to their shipments
3) Coordinates with other departments and stakeholders to investigate and resolve issues raised
1. Process management and improvement
4) Manages local processes including:
5) Booking and amendment requests
6) Booking acceptance & equipment release processes
7) DG acceptance confirmation
8) Regulatory requirements - Customs, Port and Quarantine
9) Port and terminal requirements
10) Third party slot shipments
11) Transshipment processes
12) Distribution of receival and delivery information
13) Documentation inquiries and amendments
14) Issuing of Bills of Lading/Invoices
15) Import cargo releases processes
16) Value Added Services
17) eBusiness customer support
18) Cargo claims support
19) Addresses root causes and seeks continuous improvements – constantly looks for ways to improve work processes
20) Performs other duties as requested by the Customer Service Supervisor or Manager.
21) Able to work at least 4 days a week
