Broekman Logistics Shanghai is a fully owned subsidiary of Broekman Logistics and a part of Broekman Networks, the business unit with the headquarter in the Netherlands were all international relations are coordinated.

Our company Broekman Logistics Shanghai was established in Shanghai in year 2012 with the main objectives to communicate and coordinate the business with Chinese partners, exporters and importers on one side and the Broekman Logistics Operating companies in mentioned countries on the other side. Our location in Shanghai is a formal Representative Office of Broekman Logistics in China.

Your job activities as our Business Development Representative in Shanghai
主要工作职能
As Business Development Representative you manage to:-
作为一名业务拓展代表，你需要：
a. Develop new direct customers in Broekman main target markets in Chemicals, Solar Panel industry, Machinery, Auto parts industry, Steel and Breakbulk project.
在博特门主要目标市场开发新的客户，目标市场（行业）包括：化工，太阳能，机械，汽配，钢材行业以及件杂项目。
b. Manage all sales activities within existing and new clients.
负责参与对现有以及新的客户的营销活动。
c. Develop and nurture existing accounts to maximize reference potential.
发展以及深度挖掘现有客户和潜在客户业务。
d. Actively participant in various industrial events and exhibitions to hunt for new business.积极参加各行业峰会及专业展会，发掘新业务机会。
e. Joint-visits with colleagues outside Shanghai station or with Chinese partners to present Broekman services to potential customers in China.
与海外同事或者中国合作伙伴拜访潜在中国客户群，业务拓展区域并不仅限于上海地区。在中国市场，积极推广博特门集团相关物流服务。
f. Experienced in supply chain proposals preparation for direct customers.
为直客提出供应链解决方案。
g. Monitor and supervise the implementation for SOP & IOP in the daily operation and monitor also the follow up of the operation procedures of freehand cargoes.
监督日常操作中SOP&IOP的执行情况，以及监督直客操作流程并跟踪货物情况。
h. Deliver Broekman commitments to offer our Chinese valued customers with professional logistics services.
向客户传达博特门致力于给中国客户提供专业的物流服务。
i. Problem solving for direct customers.
想客户所想，为客户解决问题。
Your skills and experiences
To be successfully, you have to be familiar with operation procedures of air, ocean, warehousing, railway and road transportation. Beside this you have the capability to be a good communicator - both written and verbal - with an understanding of international cultures.
You will have the passion and ambitions to dedicate in business development on behalf of Broekman in China. To build up excellent and professional brand image.

you have account management and interpersonal skills;

strong business and market understanding and strategical development skills.

your English is, next to Mandarin, good at spoken and written.
具有优秀的英文口语表达和书写能力。
Be able to take frequently travels in domestic.
