Job Summary:

- Assist the Senior Merchandiser / Merchandiser in all aspects during product development, sourcing, order fulfilment and on time delivery processes

- Provide professional services to all business partners

- Ensure smooth cooperation and close communication within teams and departments

Duties and Responsibilities:

- Assist the supervisor in all related tasks, such data collection, own brand and testing follow up, order input and completion, order amendments.

- Communicate closely with suppliers and other business partners to update article management database

- Input all updated product data into the article management database

- Create offer sheets and offer lists using the provided tools

- Assist in arranging the showroom setup

- Monitor the shipment status continuously for on-time delivery

- Handle order input and order completion of all received orders

- Handle all order amendments including communication with all involved business partners

- Monitor the status of production plans, and support the merchandiser and Quality Management department in arranging inline inspections and production control measures

- Create order summaries and lists using the provided tools

- Support a harmonized and cooperative working relationship within the team

- Handle other projects / jobs as assigned by the supervisor

- Knowledge and Skills:

- Good PC skills

- Excellent communication skills (English)

- A good team player

- Eager to learn and a fast learner

- Self motivated, positive attitude

- Good result orientation, organization and coordination

- Analytical and detail minded

Education, Professional Qualifications and Working Experience:

- Tertiary education in international procurement, business administration, supply chain or related discipline
