Job Description
Position: Indirect Sourcing Specialist Location: Shanghai
Department: CCCS Reports To: Indirect Sourcing Manager
Position Summary
1.Strong data collection, analysis, reporting skill. Have business analysis sense to complete reports and slides from the superior to ensure that deadlines are met.
2.Take and relay accurate and timely messages, follow up on those messages in right way when necessary, as well as setting up conference meetings when required.
3.Handle CCCS administrative affairs. Resolve some urgent issues for CCCS.
4.Support the project implementation of indirect sourcing manager.
5.Support indirect sourcing manager to follow up and coordinate CCCS project logistics issue.
6.Work with other functional areas, such as sourcing managers, Manufacturing, Quality, etc. to complete materials movement processes, including shipping, receiving, and inventory control.
7.Communicate with department members, other cross function teams, and external partners to create a good work environment.
Specific Duties and Responsibilities
Percentage of Time | Essential Duties and Responsibilities |
50% | Responsible for file management, data collection and organization, and slides process of CCCS. Responsible for daily correspondence meeting minutes, reports, and other documents in accurate and appropriate way, including preparing good quality presentation materials. Organize internal or external meetings to ensure that all necessary logistics arrangements required for successful of meetings, such as meeting invitations, agenda, office facilitates, meeting papers etc. Responsible for assisting the sourcing manager project update in weekly. Responsible for CCCS weekly report sorting, data collection and integration of monthly and quarterly reports, and annual departmental slides. Organization and coordination of departmental meetings. Manage all CCCS documents etc. in appropriate way. |
40% | 1.Support the indirect sourcing manager to promote indirect sourcing projects, including communication with suppliers, user demand collection, data collection, contract sorting, stamping, etc. 2.Support the indirect sourcing manager to coordinate the international and domestic transportation, delivery and receipt of the goods to ensure smooth transportation of goods. 3.Work with other functional areas, such as sourcing managers, Manufacturing, Quality, etc. to complete materials movement processes, including shipping, receiving, and inventory control. |

Qualifications
College degree or above.
Majored in logistics, international trade, Biz admin or related major is better.
Strong coordination capability, good communication and professional knowledge.
Excellent at read and written English.
Excellent data analysis, office software (Excel and Power point) fluent use. Good computer skill.
Ability to work independently; prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines and to seek assistance/direction when necessary.
Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills; ability to interface with personnel from various departments and levels.
